Eclipse TPTP is a waste of time

I wasted many hours of my precious weekend to get the Eclipse TPTP Profiler to work. My scenario was a simple standalone Java application.

Conclusion: it's not worth it, trying TFTP to work is an extremely frustrating experience. My life's too short for this kind of thing and I'm not the only one.

I've had the same experience with Netbeans 6.0 & JSF & Woodstock component library. I have had to restart it in every 15 minutes...

6.1 works fine, but... :D
There's always something that makes life hell.

I could use TPTP very well. It was a little bit hard and long to get it work, but showed several times the bottlenecks, inspired the next step to improve performance, etc...
